Return and Refund Policy

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a return or requesting a refund.


1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Faulty Products

We offer a 7-day return policy for non-faulty, unused products with a 10% restocking fee deduction.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team on WhatsApp at 0309-9078835 with your order number, reason for return, and a video clip showing the product’s condition.

  • Our support team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

  • Securely package the product in its original condition, including all original accessories and documents.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • If paid via Bank Transfer, the refund will be processed back to the original bank account within 7 business days.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund through bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, as agreed.

Please note: The refund will reflect after deducting a 10% restocking fee.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:

  • The product is received faulty, defective, or damaged.

  • The wrong item was delivered by SMS Engineering.

In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier service for your returns.


5. Refund Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven faulty:

  • Customized or specially ordered products.

  • Perishable or consumable goods.

  • Clearance sale items marked as “non-returnable.”


6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Share a clear video of the faulty product with our support team on WhatsApp.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
